The going slowed down after that, and I typically would start and stop constantly: I would do regular sessions for a month or so and then give it up entirely for several months. As far as I can tell, no one has spoken of gains from hypnosis alone, so maybe I will be first. I’m surprised to see that there hasn’t been much said here about hypnosis for PE, since I’ve had good experiences with it myself.
